AltaMed Health Services invites a Patient Services Advocate to welcome patients and ensure a positive front-office experience. You will manage expectations with compassion while supporting the care team in delivering patient-centered services.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and bilingual abilities (English/Spanish preferred; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus), plus BLS certification. Competitive hourly compensation and benefits are offered.
