Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to welcome and assist patients, ensuring a positive front-office experience. You will work as part of the health care team to support compassionate, patient-focused care with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service experience; bilingual ability in English and additional languages is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
