Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and facilitate sales.

• Schedule appointments, enter patient history and perform pre-tests and tests.
• Assist management with patient complaints and keep status of jobs.
• Maintain brand standards with housekeeping as needed.
• Edge lenses and assemble frames to ensure on-time delivery.
• Notify management of equipment issues and ensure order accuracy.
• Track delivery times to meet promises; 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
