Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking motivated associates to join our team and deliver outstanding customer service to patients in-store. You will help facilitate sales, coordinate with our clinical services team, and ensure a smooth flow from reception to eyewear fabrication.

With a focus on patient experience, you will greet customers, answer questions, schedule appointments, and support lab operations while upholding brand standards and accuracy in orders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school is required.
• At least 2+ years of experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and active listening with diverse customers.
• Ability to multitask, problem solve and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store to create a positive experience.
• Foster collaboration between retail and clinical services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history and pre-test data.
• Assist management with patient concerns and resolve complaints.
• Maintain brand standards in-store and in the lab area.
• Ensure on-time delivery of orders and accurate assembly of lenses.
• Adhere to housekeeping and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
