Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a patient-focused team member to greet customers, identify needs, and guide them through available products and services in our on-site store. You will support the retail and clinical services teams to ensure a smooth patient experience and timely sales.

As a Store Team Member, you will schedule and confirm appointments, assist with basic eyewear fitting and repairs, and uphold brand standards while delivering outstanding service and comfortable, affordable eyewear for

Qualifications

• associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients/customers
• strong communication with a diverse group of people

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, drive sales and promote products/services
• Foster partnership between retail and clinical services
• Schedule appointments and input patient information into the system
• Assist with basic eye care tests and history gathering
• Resolve patient complaints and keep promises on delivery times
• Maintain brand standards and perform light lab/support tasks
• Assist with repairs, lens edging, and order accuracy
