Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school or current enrollment.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience while promoting products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and enter patient history in the system.
• Assist management with patient complaints and keep staff updated on status.
• Maintain brand standards with housekeeping duties as needed.
• Assist with lens edging and assembly to expedite eyewear delivery.
• Ensure lab standards and report equipment issues to management.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and ensure on-time service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
