Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school required or currently enrolled in comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to guide sales and promote services.
• Foster strong partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule and document appointments and capture patient history in the system.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure timely status of all orders.
• Maintain brand standards through housekeeping and clean lab/work areas.
• Edge lenses, assemble into frames, and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
