Stanton Optical in Conway, SC is seeking a patient-focused Doctor's Technician to greet patients, facilitate sales, and support both clinical and retail teams. You will deliver outstanding customer service, gather information, and schedule appointments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service experience, an associate degree or higher, strong communication, active listening and problem-solving skills, and a collaborative attitude.

• You have 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and guide them to the right service.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments, enter patient history, and perform basic pre-tests and data collection.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards, perform basic housekeeping, and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.
• Assist in lab and repairs tasks, edge lenses, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Flag equipment issues or incomplete orders to management and monitor delivery times.
