The Patient Services Representative is the first line of quality service to our patients and the community. This position will be responsible for processing patient registration, verifying demographics, obtaining insurance cards, scheduling appointments, transcribing orders, and updating medical records accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact between patients and practices.
• Greet patients and provide courteous service.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient data into the system.
• Verify insurance and collect patient payments.
• Prepare admission paperwork and reconcile cash at day's end.
• Assist with referrals and scheduling through MyChart.
