Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients with respectful, courteous service and answer calls.
• Schedule patients, enter information accurately into the scheduling system.
• Process patient registration and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Explain financial options to patients and collect payments as needed.
• Assist in obtaining referrals and navigating MyChart as necessary.
