Bon Secours is seeking a Patient Services Representative for St. Francis Physician Services to be the first line of quality service for patients and the community.

The role oversees patient registration, demographic verification, insurance card collection, and patient identification while scheduling appointments and updating medical records with accuracy. Responsibilities include handling financial discussions with patients, helping with referrals and MyChart usage, and occasionally covering

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and community with respectful communication and strong customer service.
• Schedule patients, enter information into the computer system accurately and timely.
• Process patient registrations and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Explain financial options to patients and assist with payments and billing questions.
• Cover other physician practice locations as needed.
