Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and patients for scheduled or urgent care appointments.
• Verifies patient demographic and insurance information; may collect co-payments.
• Obtains consent signatures for treatment authorization and insurance/billing.
• Assists with financial counseling, interpreter services, and referrals.
• Follows standard responsibilities to meet productivity standards and maintain department operations.
