• Greet and assist patients, families, staff and visitors at the check-in/out desk.
• Accurately collect and analyze demographic, insurance, and clinical data for pre-registration and registration.
• Coordinate/schedule initial evaluations for multi-discipline care.
• Handle calls from insurance/care managers to coordinate care.
• Collect charges and post cash receipts; explain benefits and payment options.
• Respond to inquiries from patients or their legal representatives.
• Provide clerical support for Scheduling and Patient Financial Services.
