Qualifications

• Minimum GED/ Diploma; Associates degree preferred.
• Computer experience with high accuracy data entry.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients, families, staff and visitors at the check-in/out desk.
• Handle appointment check-in/out, registration, authorization/verification of insurance.
• Explain benefits; collect co-pays; assist with way finding or other services.
• Provide clerical/therapist support to Scheduling and Patient Financial Services.
