Responsibilities

• Collect demographic, insurance and clinical data for pre-registration and registration
• Coordinate initial evaluations and appointments for multi-disciplinary care
• Handle inquiries from patients or their representatives by phone, email, or in person
• Provide clerical support to Scheduling and Patient Financial Services
• Support other departments to ensure accurate insurance verification and timely reimbursement
