• Minimum of the GED/Diploma; Associates degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients, families, and visitors at check-in/out and respond to needs.
• Accurately collect and enter demographic, insurance, and clinical information.
• Schedule initial evaluations and follow-up appointments for multi-discipline care.
• Handle calls from insurers/care managers to coordinate care.
• Collect payment at checkout and provide receipts; discuss balance and charity care options.
