Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist (Patient Services Coordinator) to greet patients, collect insurance data, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced clinic. You will handle intake forms, process payments, and maintain patient records in our EMR system while upholding HIPAA standards.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with experience in medical administration. The role supports a collaborative team across multiple clinics and emphasizes excellent patient

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical assisting or administration.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Familiarity with ECW EMR and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival, sign them in, and obtain insurance info.
• Provide intake/new patient forms and copies of office policies.
• Process payments for co-pays and uninsured visits.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records in the EMR system.
• Audit insurance eligibility and support patients as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI per HIPAA and policies.
