Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator II for the MGH Beacon Hill Primary Care in Boston, MA. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week on-site role involves frontline patient support, scheduling, registration, and billing tasks using the EPIC system.

You will welcome patients, manage inquiries, and coordinate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Office experience 2-3 years required.
• Proficiency with Office Suite; familiarity with EPIC scheduling/registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients through scheduling, check-in, and check-out.
• Answer calls, respond to routine questions, and triage messages to the clinical team.
• Schedule appointments and maintain registration, appointment, billing, and medical records in EPIC.
• Process forms, scan documents, obtain medical records and test results, and distribute mail and faxes.
• Handle messages related to prior authorizations, provider questions, prescriptions, and test results.
• Serve as an EPIC scheduling, registration, and billing resource; training is provided.
• Support colleagues with training and perform specialized scheduling functions as assigned.
