Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator II to deliver exceptional patient-centered service and support IBJI teams. You will manage registrations, optimize scheduling, mentor staff, and escalate issues to maintain a great patient experience and a collaborative office environment.

The role requires availability to FLOAT at Libertyville, Gurnee, Lindenhurst, Lake Bluff, and Grayslake clinics, with opening, mid, and closing shift coverage, Monday through

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred (healthcare concentration field a plus).
• Minimum three years experience in customer service role required (medical office experience is a plus).
• Minimum 1 year in a patient services related role preferred.
• EHR experience with Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• FLOAT across Libertyville, Gurnee, Lindenhurst, Lake Bluff, Grayslake clinics to cover openings.
• Welcome patients and visitors with high-quality customer service.
• Prepare paperwork for efficient operation and service.
• Handle scheduling requests, collect balances, and communicate insurance benefits.
