Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in customer service
• Minimum 1 year in a patient services related role
• Experience with Epic EHR preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology beneficial
• Familiarity with scheduling and appointment management

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with top-tier service
• Process registration and scheduling
• Handle inquiries and triage calls
• Manage appointment scheduling and check-in/out
• Verify insurance and collect patient payments
• Provide training support to staff and colleagues
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
• Support office operations and coverage as needed
