The Patient Services Coordinator II delivers exceptional patient-centered service, ensuring accurate registration, optimal scheduling, and smooth office operations to support IBJI teams and patient experience across multiple locations.

Primary duties include registration, appointment coordination, patient triage, and maintaining smooth communication with physicians and staff to uphold

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a customer service role; medical office experience a plus.
• Experience with scheduling and patient triage.
• Familiarity with Epic and medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with top‑tier service.
• Prepare paperwork to facilitate efficient operation.
• Answer general inquiries and handle appointment scheduling.
• Perform phone reception, triage, and escalate to appropriate staff.
• Register patients and review demographics, insurance and documents.
• Manage patient charts and collect/post payments as needed.
• Verify insurance and manage referrals as required.
• Assist in training staff and mentoring new employees.
