Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in customer service role (medical office experience preferred).
• EHR experience (Epic experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with exceptional service and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Handle registration/pre-registration procedures and verify demographics/insurance.
• Schedule appointments and manage phone reception, triage, and escalation as needed.
• Assist with check in/out, patient chart management, and copay/deductible collection.
• Verify insurance and manage referrals as required; maintain a clean work environment.
