Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator II to deliver exceptional patient-centered service and support IBJI teams across registration, scheduling, and front-office operations.

The role requires a strong background in customer service, familiarity with Epic EHR, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced medical office. Hours are full-time with a focus on teamwork and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree preferred in healthcare-related field.
• Minimum three years in a customer service role; medical office experience a plus.
• Epic EHR experience preferred; knowledge of insurance and scheduling processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to handle confidential information in a busy clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with excellent service.
• Process registration and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
• Answer general inquiries and manage phone reception.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and collect required documents.
• Assist in training staff and support team as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and handle office duties.
