Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with excellent customer service.
• Handle registration, scheduling, and paperwork for efficient operations.
• Answer general inquiries and provide information to patients.
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-in/out, and triage as needed.
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain chart accuracy.
• Support staff with office duties and maintain a clean, safe environment.
