Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role (medical office experience preferred).
• Epic EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Handle appointment scheduling and general inquiries.
• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Assist with phone reception, patient triage and referrals as needed.
• Maintain patient charts and collect/post balances as appropriate.
