This full-time role requires evening availability with rotating Saturday shifts, handling a high volume of patient interactions and ensuring accurate registration and optimal scheduling to support teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year experience in customer service role (medical office experience preferred).
• Experience with Epic EHR preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Welcome patients and visitors to IBJI by providing and maintaining the highest quality customer service experience.
• Scheduling appointments and handling phone reception and patient triage.
• Complete registration/pre-registration processes including reviewing demographics and insurance information.
• Provide insurance verification and referral management as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and assist with other office duties as assigned.
