The Patient Services Coordinator I at Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC focuses on delivering exceptional patient-centered service, with responsibilities including accurate registration, efficient scheduling, and support for IBJI teams to ensure a positive patient experience.

We are seeking a full-time team member for the Morton Grove and Des Plaines locations who can welcome patients, manage check-in/out, handle insurance verification, and coordinate appointments in a fast-paced surgical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in a customer service role (medical office preferred).
• Epic EHR experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with outstanding customer service.
• Registration/pre-registration procedures and reviewing demographics/insurance.
• Appointment scheduling and answering general inquiries.
• Phone reception, patient triage, and escalation as needed.
• Check in/out procedures and patient chart management.
• Insurance verification and referral management as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
