Qualifications

• Familiarity with scheduling and rearranging appointments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors to IBJI by providing high-quality customer service.
• Manage appointment scheduling and front desk operations.
• Answer general inquiries and perform phone reception.
• Perform registration/pre-registration and insurance verification as needed.
• Support physicians, therapists and staff with coordination and paperwork.
