Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service (medical office a plus).
• Epic EHR experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of calls and route to appropriate staff.
• Greeting callers in a compassionate, professional manner.
• Assist patients and families with questions and scheduling.
• Update patient insurance and demographic information; relay messages as needed.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; follow provider protocols.
