Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking a full-time Patient Services Coordinator I for our Morton Grove and Des Plaines locations. The role centers on delivering exceptional patient-centered service, accurate registration, and efficient scheduling to ensure a positive patient experience.

The position requires at least one year in customer service (medical office preferred) and Epic EHR familiarity.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year experience in a customer service role (medical office experience preferred).
• Epic EHR experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule to meet changing scheduling demands.
• Work in a fast-paced office with physicians, staff, patients and the public.

• Welcome patients and visitors to IBJI by providing high-quality customer service.
• Prepare paperwork to facilitate efficient operation and excellent customer service.
• Answer general inquiries and manage appointment scheduling.
• Phone reception, patient triage, and escalation as needed.
• Registration/pre-registration with patient demographics and insurance review.
• Check in/out procedures and patient chart management.
