Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience; medical office setting preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems; Epic experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with the highest quality customer service.
• Prepare registration and pre-registration paperwork for operations.
• Answer general inquiries and manage appointment scheduling.
• Phone reception, patient triage, and escalation to appropriate staff.
• Registration to include demographics, insurance, and required documents.
• Check in/out procedures and patient chart management.
• Collect and post patient payments (copays/deductibles).
• Insurance verification and referrals as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment; other duties as assigned.
