Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years healthcare experience preferred; 2 years customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume calls from community, physicians and staff in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate transfers from referring physicians into Stormont Vail Health; document inquiries in the database.
• Schedule hospital discharge follow-up appointments for patients.
• Assist in registration or other administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and chief concerns in the nursing queue and SharePoint.
