• Assist House Supervisor with capacity management workflows.
• Coordinate patient transfers and collect essential records.
• Provide real-time bed status updates to referring facilities.
• Communicate status changes to transferring facilities and supervisors.
• Arrange transportation for transfers between ED and inpatient units.
• Support Out-of-Network transfer workflows.
• Assist with Provider-to-Provider communications.
• Support staffing assignments and expedite patient flow.
• Utilize dashboards for real-time status updates.
