Team members that work in the Command Center are responsible for health system capacity management including patient access and throughput, staffing resources and communication to internal and external stakeholders. The Command Center Associate is responsible to assist in coordinating transfer into/out of the system, activating teams for critical/complex conditions, and expediting patient throughput.
