Community Bridges, Inc. in Arizona is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to manage front-end operations, patient registration, demographic verification, and scheduling in our EHR system.

You will handle insurance verifications, collect patient amounts due, assist uninsured patients with AHCCCS screening, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure timely care. Growth and supportive leadership are core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare preferred.
• 1–3 years insurance verification or front desk experience in a medical office is preferred.
• Knowledge of AHCCCS and strong customer service skills.
• Equivalent mix of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end operations for the clinic, including patient registration and demographic verification.
• Create and maintain patient electronic charts and schedule intake appointments in the EHR/EPM system.
• Verify insurance and identify amounts due at time of service.
• Identify AHCCCS eligibility for uninsured patients and refer to eligibility staff.
• Notify clinical team when registration is complete and schedule follow-up appointments.
