Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to manage clinic front-end operations, including patient registration, demographics verification, and EHR chart maintenance.

You will handle incoming calls, schedule intake appointments, collect insurance details, and identify patient amounts due. For uninsured patients, you will explore AHCCCS funding options and refer to the enrollment specialist.

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance verification and front desk in medical settings preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required
• AHCCCS knowledge or willingness to learn is essential

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographic information
• Create and maintain patient electronic charts
• Answer clinic calls and route as needed
• Schedule intake and follow-up appointments
• Perform insurance verifications and identify amounts due at visit
