Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to handle front-end operations at our Mesa clinic. You will register patients, verify demographics, and manage the EHR/EPM scheduling system to keep appointments running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of insurance verification or front desk experience, and knowledge of AHCCCS. We offer a generous benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred in Business or Healthcare.
• 1-3 years of experience with insurance verification and/or front desk experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Must know AHCCCS, insurance, and have strong customer service skills.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographic information.
• Create and maintain patient electronic charts.
• Answer clinic calls and route as needed.
• Schedule intake appointments within established timeframes.
• Complete insurance verifications and collect any amounts due.
• Refer AHCCCS screening to eligibility/enrollment team when needed.
• Notify clinical team when registration is completed and schedule follow-ups.
