Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in patient scheduling preferred.
• Front desk/clinic experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides high level customer service in interactions with patients and staff.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates with financial counselors.
• Verifies demographics and third‑party insurance at encounters.
• Registers patients, handles payments, and maintains confidentiality.
• Pre-registers and dispositions patients within designated timelines.
