Job summary

The role emphasizes high-level customer service, scheduling, and accurate patient data management within an on-site, 8:00 am–5:00 pm workday. A BLS certification within 90 days of hire is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in patient registration and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to patients and staff.
• Coordinate patient registration and scheduling activities.
• Explain billing processes and obtain cost estimates.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Disclose and resolve patient concerns and ensure timely dispositions.
