Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides high level customer service in all interactions with internal and external customers.
• Answers calls accurately with exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensures calls are documented and triaged appropriately to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.
• Acts as patient advocate and liaises with various departments to meet mutual goals.
• Verifies eligibility and pre-registers patients with demographics and third-party coverage.
