Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and registers them, verifies insurance and collects co-pays.
• Answers phones and schedules appointments; directs and documents calls.
• Coordinates scheduling of outside testing and liaises with practice.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and completes daily reconciliation as needed.
• Prepares and files charts for next day appointments and handles medical records requests.
