Community Bridges in Mesa, AZ seeks a Patient Services Specialist to manage front-end operations, patient registration, and scheduling. You will verify demographics, insurance, and patient responsibilities while coordinating with the clinical team in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

The role requires knowledge of AHCCCS, strong customer service, and the ability to navigate an EHR/EPM system. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Front desk experience in a medical office preferred.
• Experience with AHCCCS, insurance workflows.
• Able to verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Experience with EHR/EPM scheduling systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients and verify demographics.
• Create and maintain patient electronic charts.
• Answer clinic calls and route as needed.
• Schedule intake appointments within standard timeframes.
• Verify insurance and collect patient amounts due.
• Identify funding sources for uninsured patients.
• Schedule follow-up appointments with clinical teams.
