Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to oversee front-end operations at our clinic, including patient registration, demographic verification, and EHR entry.

You will verify insurance, collect due amounts, and schedule intake appointments within established timeframes to support clinical teams. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (GED) and strong customer service skills; AHCCCS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years of front desk or insurance verification experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Must have knowledge of AHCCCS, insurance, and customer service skills.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Register patients and verify demographics in the clinic and EHR/EPM system.
• Schedule intake and follow-up appointments within established timeframes.
• Verify insurance and collect patient amounts due at the time of service.
• Identify AHCCCS eligibility and refer to enrollment specialist for AHCCCS screening and application.
• Notify clinical team when registration is completed and schedule follow-up appointments.
