Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage the front desk during check-in/out and deliver a personal, seamless patient experience. You’ll learn about insurance options and assist with scheduling and outreach in a fast-paced environment.

This role reports to the Office General Manager, with some weekend and evening shifts required. Training is provided to learn the vision care industry and company processes, enabling you to deliver best-in-class service to patients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering high-quality service.
• Flexible with a multitasking, team-oriented approach and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on options during check in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach with doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, schedule appointments, and support office staff.
• Possible cross-training to Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to deliver a seamless patient experience.
