Job summary

Premier Vascular LLC is seeking a Patient Services Representative to welcome patients and manage essential front desk and call center duties in a fast-paced medical office. You will verify demographics, insurance, schedule appointments, and collect copays while supporting daily revenue processes.

The role requires at least 2 years in a medical receptionist or patient accounts role, EMR experience (Epic preferred), and strong knowledge of insurance verification and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a medical receptionist or patient accounts representative.
• 2+ years of EMR and office management systems experience.
• 2+ years of insurance verification experience.
• Experience in patient collections and payment plans.
• CPAR certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and verify demographics and insurance data.
• Complete daily appointment spreadsheets with correct coverage and copays.
• Obtain signed consents on required documents.
• Collect copayments and patient balances.
• Schedule/reschedule appointments and manage provider schedules.
• Answer calls promptly and direct to staff.
• Create payment plans in Waystar for patient balances.
• Reconcile payments daily.
