Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical assisting or administration.

• Familiarity with ECW is a plus.
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and sign them in with insurance info.
• Provide intake forms, office policies, and required documents.
• Process payments for co-pays and uninsured visits.
• Schedule appointments and manage EMR records.
• Maintain PHI confidentiality per HIPAA and company policy.
