Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests, verify identity and provide information.
• Complete check-in/check-out functions per procedure.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Register patients as needed and obtain consents/authorizations.
• Collect co-pays and other payments; post payments and balance dues.
• Maintain waiting area and inform of delays or changes.
• Schedule appointments; support ICCs as needed.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
