Qualifications

• 0–2 years in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests, verifies identity and appointment details.
• Checks in and out patients; updates demographic and insurance information.
• Completes patient registrations and obtains consents.
• Collects co-payments and posts payments; performs end-of-day cash close.
• Keeps waiting area clean; informs patients of delays.
• Schedules appointments and floats to other clinics as needed.
