Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as receptionist and greeter, courteously answering inquiries from patients, families, staff, and other departments.
• Answers phones and transfers calls; pages or calls nurses/providers/families.
• Schedules follow-up appointments for discharged patients.
• Communicates information relevant to patient needs to care teams.
• Offers patients water and blankets and assists with other requests.
