CommonSpirit Health in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming voice and central administrative support, enabling smooth patient experiences and clinic operations. You will manage calls, scheduling, demographics, insurance verification, referrals, and pre-registrations.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency across scheduling systems, PACS, Powerscribe, and Cerner.

Competenze

• One year clerical and/or receptionist experience in hospital or medical clinic.
• Strong English reading, writing, and comprehension.
• Ability to use multiple medical software systems.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Attention to patient privacy and data handling.

Mansioni

• Manage phone customer service and direct calls.
• Handle patient information including demographics, insurance verification, and scheduling.
• Process referrals and authorizations and pre-registrations.
• Use multiple systems including scheduling, PACS, Powerscribe, Cerner with accuracy.
• Read medical reports over the phone to physicians and staff and verify read-back.
